Hints and Tips
Simply coat the meat in seasoned flour and brown in a frying pan. Add the meat to your favourite vegetables and herbs, add chopped tomatoes or cooking stock and casserole for up to three hours. Delicious!
Pork goes well with spices such as chilli, paprika, cloves, herbs - thyme, basil, bay, vegetables - potatoes, celeriac, parsnip, butternut squash, sweet potato, onion and tomatoes, fruits - apples, prunes, apricots, pineapple.
