Delivery Information

Next dispatching second week of January 2026.

Your order is dispatched fresh (unless otherwise stated) with produce vacuum packed or tray-wrapped inside an insulated box containing frozen gel packs to keep the contents cool. Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation email, you will then receive a pre-dispatch email once it is ready for shipping.

Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays using a 24 hour overnight service. If your order is delayed in transit for any reason we know that our freezer packs keep your food cold for up to 48 hours.

If we anticipate any changes or disruption to delivery services we will always update this page, and add a note to all our page headers and contact you directly if you've already placed your order.

Instruction can be given if the delivery is to be left in a porch garage etc. Please note that the customer takes responsibility for the goods once they have been left by the driver. Please refer to our Terms of Service.​​
