Murdoch's make award-winning pies and they're all available for nationwide delivery.

Our father, Danny Murdoch, started making pies and selling them to the local people of Forres in the 1960s, but it was our mother, Margaret Murdoch, who made the first ever Murdoch's steak pie! A forgotten order for a steak pie from the local baker (who we supplied with steak), for one of our local customers led to the first Murdoch's pie being made in our kitchen when we were boys.

50 years on we're still as passionate about making the finest butchers pies. Our SALSA accredited bakery supplies pies to Asda and Morrisons as well as convenience stores across the North East, and we've won awards for almost every pie we make.
