Undoubtedly the butcher's favourite roast! Rib Roast has it all.. it's temder, full of flavour, and the fat melts during cooking to give the ultimate flavour. We dry age all our rib roasts for 21 days, and we'll mature it for longer by special request.

Hints and Tips
We recommend that you allow approximately 350g per person when calculating your size of joint. This is based on an average appetite! To appreciate this at its best serve slightly pink in the middle with a good red wine!
Extra Maturation Information
You can request for your roast to be matured for longer than 21 days.
- Please note that this will result in more drying and therefore the total weight may be less than the minimum stated.
- This will also cause a delay to the delivery of your order.
