    We love to roll these into balls and serve them alongside our turkey. It's a great way of adding another texture and flavours to your dish. 

    If you're entertaining these work well served on cocktail sticks as little lollipops for dipping as a canape or nibble!

    Sausage Bon Bons
    You can also coat them in breadcrumbs to serve as little sausage bon bons. Just beat an egg and roll the meatballs in this before placing in the breadcrumbs.

    Try pushing a small cube of cheese into the centre before you coat them. Let them cool a little before serving, as the melted cheese can get quite hot!
