1 Large Steak Pie
Serves 2 -3 people
Supplied in a box, wrapped for your convenience. Suitable for home freezing.
Reheating: Remove from wrapper and place in a preheated oven at 180’c / Gas 4-5 for 45-50 minutes Individual ovens may vary, ensure piping hot throughout before serving. Check the heat by inserting a skewer and testing on your skin after a couple of seconds. If the pastry is browning too quickly for you, place some brown paper or kitchen foil (shiny side up) on top of the pastry.
Wheat, soya, celery, milk
Pastry Base (Wheat flour, water, margarine (vegetable oils, water, salt, emulsifier (E471), vegetable colours (annatto/carcumin), nature identical flavourings), salt, soya flour).
Pastry Lid: (Wheat flour, margarine: (vegetable oil, salt, emulsifirer (E471), water).
Filling: Beef steak (29.5%), gravy (maize starch, salt, wheat flour, flavour enhancer (E621), colour (E150c), onion powder, spices (celery, ginger, pepper), dextrose, soya protein concentrate, rusk (wheat flour, salt), onion.
Glaze: Water, modified starch, vegetable oil, milk proteins, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids), acidity regulator (sodium phosphates (E339)(iii)), colour (Beta-carotene (E160a))
