Our Diamond Award Bridies are similar in appearance to the Cornish Pasty and made using finely minced beef, seasoning and onions. We use a flaky puff pastry and these can be enjoyed hot or cold. More correctly these originated in Forfar on the East Coast and are now produced by most butchers and bakers throughout Scotland.

Re-heating Instructions
Reheating: Remove from wrapper and place in a preheated oven at 180’c / Gas 4-5 for 20 minutes
Individual ovens may vary, ensure piping hot throughout before serving. Check the heat by inserting a skewer and testing on your skin after a couple of seconds.
