  • Hints and Tips

    Honey and Mustard Glaze (or Dip)
    5 tbsp runny honey
    5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    Juice of 1/2 lemon 
    Pinch of salt and pepper

    Mix everything together in a small saucepan, gently apply heat so as to melt the honey and enabling everything to beld.

    Pour over the cooked sausages to before serving, or set out as a dip if your sausages are on sticks!
